Accelecom is currently seeking a full-time exempt Inside Sales Account Director responsible for upselling & cross-selling existing Customers in Georgia. We are looking for people who share our passion for success through a consultative selling approach, a focus on superior customer service and helping Regional Enterprises solve business problems.
As an Inside Sales Professional, this position will be responsible for identifying, developing and closing business with existing Customers across Georgia. The successful candidate will coordinate with the Account Manager and is expected to farm our customers' business, and set interviews for the Regional Account Managers.
This is sales role focused on selling products or services remotely, primarily via phone, email, and other virtual tools from our Dunwoody office. Key responsibilities include generating leads, developing relationships with potential and existing customers, managing a sales pipeline, creating quotes, fulfilling orders, and maintaining detailed customer records in Sales Force to achieve sales targets and build brand loyalty.
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Development & execution of Customer Contact Plans
Identification & execution of upsell & cross-sell strategies
Selling contract renewals.
Generating leads and appointments.
Product Knowledge & Experience (Valued but not required):
Transport solutions (Dark Fiber, Wavelengths & Ethernet)
IP solutions (IP Transit, DIA & DDoS)
Managed Services Solutions (Mng Firewall/Router/WiFi/SD-WAN)
Voice Solutions (UCaaS & CCaaS)
