Position Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA or Louisville, KY
Reports To: Chief Financial Officer

Employment Type: Full-Time 

Position Description:

Accelecom is seeking an experienced and dynamic HRM to join our team. As the HRM, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Accelecom’s human resources function. You will lead and manage our entire HR department, working closely with Executive and Senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support our growth and commitment to excellence. The Human Resources manager will plan, coordinate, and direct the administrative functions of Accelecom. They oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with the Executive Leadership Team on strategic planning; and serve as a link between Accelecom management and its employees. They are responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of the human resources department. 

Job requirements

  • Plan and coordinate Accelecom’s workforce to best use employees’ talents

  • Link between Accelecom’s management with its employees

  • Plan and oversee employee benefit programs

  • Serve as a consultant to advise other managers on human resources issues, such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment

  • Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and support staff

  • Oversee an Accelecom’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes

  • Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures

  • Identifying, evaluating and solving hiring challenges

  • Recruiting top talent to executive positions

  • Mediating and suggesting solutions to employee disputes

  • Interviewing potential candidates and making recommendations

  • Compiling information about compensation and benefits packages based on market data

  • Enhance, promote continuous employee learning and training through HRIS System

  • Proficient in ADP, Payroll Process, MS Office Suite

  • Oversee the WHSE function of the organization

  • Work with various brokers on solutions for benefits to the organization

  • Source new resources or vendors (benefit, payroll, learning and development) to promote cost saving attributes to the organization

  • Oversee 401k enrollment, changes, and uploads

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.

  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience.

  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in a multi-state setting

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and innovation.
