Senior Sales Support Analyst

We’re adding a Senior Sales Analyst to our Sales Operations and Engineering team. Bring your data analytic skills, advanced Salesforce knowledge, collaborative mindset and join our team!
This is a hybrid position working out of our Kentucky office. 


Responsibilities
  • Manage reports from CRM tool (SalesForce.com) for region and individual sales team
  • Utilize existing tools to create analysis of market areas – creating GTM plans
  • Provide sales support to Sales staff members as assigned
  • As a key contributing member of the Sales Operations team, you will utilize your analytical/technical skills and business acumen to proactively maintain and enhance our reporting metric
  • Create automated reports and dashboards to replace manual processes
  • Prepare standardized reporting, analysis, and communications to support sales leaders make business decisions
  • Develop a thorough understanding of key sales data sources and how they interact with one another to produce meaningful reporting and to identify workarounds to address gaps in data
  • Help identify and eliminate obstacles to replicate and scale reports
  • Bring an analytical and problem-solving mindset to standard challenges to offer strategic recommendation & solutions to key stakeholders

Job requirements

Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Ability to formulate problem statements and structure analyses to identify root cause, provide options, present findings, and support decision making
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to communicate
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and client expectations, and self-prioritize
  • Ability to strive in fast-paced evolving work environment
  • Self-starter with confidence to own and manage processes as well as a team player
  • Project Management/Sales Operations background experience preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Admin Certified in salesforce.com a bonus
